Chief Executive Officer
Steve Schmidt, 4th generation, began his career in the equipment business beginning at an early age working odd jobs around the shop. He continued his education and graduated from Illinois Wesleyan Univeristy with a business degree upon returning to Schmidt Implement Company. Steve was the lead in 1984 when Schmidt Implement Company merged with Bill Marcotte to become Schmidt-Marcotte Inc. Steve remains actively involved in the sales department.

Michael Schmidt, 5th generation, has been around the family owned business his entire life. He received an agriculture science degree from Western Illinois University and returned to the family dealership where he has since worked in service, parts, and sales, along with managing the dealership.

Vice President
Brian Reeser began his career at the family dealership sweeping floors for his grandfather George H. Dunn. Over the years, he has worked with the service, parts, and sales teams. Brian now successfully manages each department while also being actively involved with the sales team.

Tim Evans grew up around farm machinery at his family's business, Evans Implement. After graduating from Illinois State University with a finance degree, he began his accounting career at Evans Implement before merging to become Central Illinois Ag. His lifelong passion for the business has led him to become our Chief Financial Officer, while successfully managing the accounting team.
